Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join a busy recycling facility in Mansfield. This is an ongoing opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for long-term work, with the potential for the role to continue for the right candidate.

## Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Rotating weekly shifts:
   
* 6:00am – 2:00pm
   
* 2:00pm – 10:00pm

37.5 hours per week

The Role

Your duties will include:

Picking recyclable materials from the production line.
Cleaning the plant and work areas when the machinery is not operating.
Supporting the day-to-day running of the recycling facility.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure materials meet required standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment.
Assisting with the operation of plant equipment where required.
Completing daily safety and housekeeping checks.
Following all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures.
Working alongside supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient site operations.
Completing relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
## About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable and punctual.
Able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
Happy working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Physically fit and able to undertake manual duties.
A good communicator with a positive attitude.
Previous experience within waste management, recycling, production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
