Emplas Window Systems is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer to strengthen production quality, process control and lean initiatives. You’ll work hands-on on the shop floor, solving problems, driving improvements and embedding a strong quality culture across the manufacturing facility.
Reporting into the Operations team, you’ll partner with Production, Design and Procurement to reduce defects, improve efficiency and deliver right-first-time manufacturing.
