Permanent Trainee Setter role based close to Nottingham. Full-time, onsite position offering a competitive salary with benefits. This role suits proactive, detail-oriented individuals with experience in machine setting and inspection within engineering or manufacturing environments.

This position requires both a day and night shift (in the future), please review the shifts to ensure you are comfortable before applying.

• Days:  Mon-Thurs;  Fri. There isnt a regular shift pattern but there are afternoon shifts this is roughly 2 weeks in every 6-8 weeks. Afternoon shift:  Mon-Thurs;  Fri.

• In future, the requirement to work night shifts  Mon-Wed;  Thurs.

What you will be doing

As a Machine Setter, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient setup and operation of automatic production machines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Youll work as part of a dedicated team, supporting continuous improvement and adhering to strict safety protocols to deliver precision-engineered components reliably and efficiently.
