£32,000 - £34,000 + Excellent Overtime rates

Are you someone who enjoys precision, process and getting things right first time?
We're recruiting for a Tooling Assembly & Inspection Technician to join a specialist engineering team supporting the preparation, inspection and verification of tooling used within a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.
This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in quality, accuracy and following established procedures. It is not a design or development role; instead, it is focused on ensuring tooling is prepared, assembled, inspected and documented to the highest standard every time.
What You'll Be Doing
Assembling and preparing tooling for production use.
Conducting detailed inspections and quality checks.
Using measuring equipment and inspection tools.
Verifying tooling condition and identifying defects or wear.
Following technical instructions and documented procedures.
Maintaining accurate traceability and production records.
Supporting continuous compliance with quality standards.
Working closely with production and engineering teams.

Comfortable completing paperwork and maintaining traceability records.
