Enva is a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions across the UK. We seek a hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to lead overnight operations at our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF).
You will supervise operatives, ensure safe, efficient processing, and maintain high productivity, quality and compliance throughout the night. You will coordinate with maintenance and management to hit production targets and foster a strong safety culture on site.
