Lead QA Engineer – Precast Concrete Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and degree-qualified Lead QA Engineer to join our precast concrete manufacturing operation.

The successful candidate will act as the key link between factory operations and site teams, leading the investigation and resolution of quality issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring products meet project specifications and design.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing technical quality support to manufacturing teams.
  • Investigating factory and site quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Acting as the primary quality contact between production, design, and site teams.
  • Leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting audits, compliance activities, and quality management systems.
Candidates must have
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience within the precast concrete industry.
  • A thorough understanding of precast manufacturing processes, concrete technology, and construction practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This is a hands‑on technical role requiring regular engagement with both factory and site teams to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained.
