£12.71 per hour
£17.79 per hour overtime (after 39 hours)
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established food manufacturer? We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy team producing high-quality cheese products enjoyed across the UK.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
⚠️ Flexibility is required on Fridays during busy periods to support production demands.
Duties Include
Working on the potting line
Operating within both High Care and Low Care production areas
Carefully packing finished, delicate pots into cardboard trays and boxes
Packing and labelling products
Quality checking finished goods
Following food hygiene and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Candidate Requirements
Previous food production experience is desirable
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a food manufacturing setting, including a strong cheese aroma
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
