St Austell Brewery is seeking a motivated Packaging Shift Lead to oversee our shift-based packaging operations. You will manage start-ups, changeovers, running and cleaning across multiple lines, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production.
The role requires hands-on leadership, robust problem-solving, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Qualified/training in HACCP, FLT and packaging is preferred.
