PRESS BRAKE SETTER OPERATIVE - PERMANENT- NOTTINGHAM

We are currently recruiting for aPress Brake Operative/Setterfor our client in Nottingham. This is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start, offering a great opportunity to join a growing industry in ansupportive environment.

Salary:upto £16 per hour, 40 hours a week- paid breaks, Overtime available (Time and a Half / Double Time)

Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate Press Brake machines, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Read and interpret technical drawings to prepare and set up jobs.

Work with stainless steel, as well as other materials, on a variety of projects.

Perform bending operations, working to tight tolerances.

Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure standards are met.

Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter/Operative.

Experience with Trumpf or Amada Press Brake machines is advantageous.

Experience with Power Press is beneficial, but not essential.

Ability to work with various materials, particularly stainless steel, and work to tight tolerances.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
