JRL Group's Trent Precast division in Nottingham is seeking a highly motivated factory supervisor with a minimum of three years' experience to lead a growing production team in metal fabrication. You will oversee quality checks, coordinate with machine operators, and ensure timely delivery of products.
You should be adept at reading engineering drawings (CAD, Inventor, Solid Works) and have a background in aluminium, steel fabrication and powder coating.
