Salary: £37,375 (inc.shift allowance) + exceptional company bonuses + benefits

Shifts:

Fixed shifts either 6am2pm or 2pm10pm (no rotating shifts)

The role:

• Set, adjust and optimise injection moulding and injection blow moulding machines across high-quality production lines
• Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups and adjustments to minimise downtime
• Ensure consistent product quality through process monitoring and fine-tuning
• Work collaboratively with technical, maintenance and production teams to identify and resolve issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and high GMP standards across the site
