Location:
Nottingham
Salary: £37,375 (inc. shift allowance) + exceptional company bonuses + benefits
Shifts:
Fixed shifts either 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm (no rotating shifts)
We are delighted to be working with a world-renowned manufacturer known for its exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and people-first culture. Following continued investment in their Nottingham operation, we’re now seeking a skilled Injection Mould Setter to join their paint production team.

The role:
* Set, adjust and optimise injection moulding and injection blow moulding machines across high-quality production lines
* Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups and adjustments to minimise downtime
* Ensure consistent product quality through process monitoring and fine-tuning
* Work collaboratively with technical, maintenance and production teams to identify and resolve issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement activities and high GMP standards across the site
* Train and support production operatives to ensure the department runs efficiently
* Recommend material and colour changes where required, maintaining a focus on quality and output
The person:
* Experienced Injection Mould Setter with a solid understanding of processing parameters and troubleshooting techniques
* Confident in tool changeovers, machine set-up, and optimisation
* Experience with in plastics manufacturing, extensive extrusion or blow moulding may be considered
* Proactive, detail-focused and quality-driven with a positive approach to teamwork
* Strong awareness of health, safety and good manufacturing practice
