You’ll be working to complete production processes to deliver industry leading standards in quality and performance whilst adhering to health & safety regulations.

You’ll be using your knowledge of our products and processes to produce a variety of coffins.

You’ll be working to complete daily targets to a high quality of standard, whilst following all standard operating procedures.

You’ll become multiskilled to be able to fill in for any absent colleagues and show a willingness and enthusiasm to train on all processes within our factory- undertaking any necessary external training.

Acting as a cooperative and supportive team member within the coffin factory, you’ll promote an open and effective working relationship with all colleagues and 3rd parties and assist with promoting our Coffin Factory within the local community.

In addition to ensuring machinery and premises are always kept clean and tidy, you’ll also carry out any other duties as required.

How will I know if I am right for this role?

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working in a factory environment, as well as flexibility in working time patterns.

Previous experience in timber processes is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

This fast-paced role requires dedication and enthusiasm as well as strong organisation and communication skills. You should be customer focused as well as a good team player. You’ll be working as part of a team but will also have individual targets.

If you are willing to learn new skills and looking to be part of a dedicated, warm, and welcoming team, we want to hear from you.

Everyone is welcome here. We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments so that all our candidates can show us how they’ll perform their role.
