• Afternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour plus shift allowance

Manpower are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy manufacturing and finishing operation. This role involves preparing and coating a variety of metal components to a high-quality standard, ensuring finished products meet customer specifications and company quality requirements. The successful candidate will have previous powder coating experience, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

• Prepare metal components for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply powder coatings to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
• Carry out colour changes and monitor curing processes.
• Inspect completed components to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and safe working practices.
• Follow production schedules and quality procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements within the manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience in a Powder Coating role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good understanding of coating processes and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Flexibility to work rotating afternoon and night shifts on a weekly basis.
