Job Description Fabricator Welder

Key Details

Our client is a small, well-established fabrication business based in Nottingham NG14, producing made-to-order work across a range of contracts, including bespoke one-off fabrications, drum stands, and a high volume of work supporting Severn Trent Water (e.g., handrails and on-site work). We're looking to recruit an experienced Welder Fabricator / Site Welder (MIG) to join the team; this is a hands-on role covering workshop fabrication and local site work (typically 70% shop floor / 30% site), all within Nottinghamshire with no overnight stays.

You'll be welding and fabricating from scratch, working mainly with mild steel (around 90%) and average thickness 3mm-15mm, and you must be confident working to engineering drawings.

Pay &

Hours:

£16.00-£17.00 per hour (DOE) | Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00, 30 minutes unpaid lunch + 15 minutes paid break. Overtime is paid at time and a third.

Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays and standard pension.
