We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with serious creative energy — someone who lives and breathes social, spots trends before they hit the feed, and knows how to turn brand goals into bold, beautiful campaigns. You’ll be the connector between our influencer, paid, and content teams, driving community growth and shaping a unified social voice across all platforms and markets.

Role & Responsibilities- Lead the Social Vision: Bring our social media strategy to life — planning and executing campaigns that connect, inspire and grow our global audience.
- Social Content Creation: Partner with our Content team to concept, brief and produce bold, viral‑worthy content that sparks conversation and drives social reach.
- Influencer Strategy & Partnerships: Work with our influencer team to build and nurture meaningful relationships with creators, from hero partnerships to gifted collabs.
- Bridge the Teams: Holistic strategy for top class social marketing that spans across all elements of social including our influencer army, paid and organic.
- Trendspotting & Insights: Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, trends and new formats — turning insights into innovative content opportunities.
- Testing, Learning & Growing: Analyse what’s working (and what’s not), test new ideas, and report back with data‑driven recommendations that keep us ahead of the game.
- Community Building: Build real engagement and affinity by showing up where our audience is — with warmth, wit and genuine conversation.
- Proven experience managing a social media team for a consumer brand (ideally e‑commerce and/or home/lifestyle).
- A strong understanding of both organic and paid social channels and how they integrate.
- Experience working with influencers and creators — from gifting through to paid partnerships, you’ll know how to make them feel authentic, not transactional.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- A passion for content, creativity, and storytelling.
- A natural communicator, you’re confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
- Proactive, curious, and always a few steps ahead when it comes to what’s trending.
