Marketing Lead - Dragonfly Portfolio (London, United Kingdom)

Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $2B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies (see list). Our Talent team works to support the recruiting efforts of the companies within our portfolio by connecting them with talented potential candidates.

We want to connect with Marketing Lead candidates of all backgrounds and specializations. This posting is specifically for candidates based in London who will be coming to the office 3+ days per week. Non-crypto native or “web2” candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within fintech, payments, digital assets or digital marketing agencies
• Proven ability to conduct deep research and produce high-quality, data-backed articles, posts, and guides
• Sharp eye for design, visual storytelling, and overall brand aesthetics
• Experience building and scaling brand presence across digital channels — especially Linked In
• Strong problem-solving and campaign management skills, from ideation to execution to measurement across multiple channels
• Ability to support Sales teams and drive successful event participation, including external conferences and company-hosted events

• Take end-to-end ownership as the first marketing hire, shaping the function while flexing across strategic initiatives and executing day-to-day priorities in a fast-growing environment
• Own the content strategy — develop, publish, and distribute thought leadership across relevant channels
• Build and amplify the public presence of the leadership team, ensuring consistent visibility across media, events, and digital platforms
• Develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and top-of-funnel demand
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence, including social channels, website, newsletters, and other owned media
• Support event strategy and execution — from industry conferences to company-hosted gatherings — to maximize brand and business impact
