Email Marketing Specialist

Up to £40,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (2-3 days/week in Central London)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic, fast-growing business in the digital events and intelligence space. You’ll take ownership of high-impact email campaigns, driving engagement, nurturing leads, and delivering measurable growth across a portfolio of global B2B audiences.

You’ll lead the strategy and execution of email campaigns using Marketo
, bringing creative flair and analytical precision to every send. From designing nurture journeys and A/B testing subject lines to refining lifecycle programs and reporting performance metrics, this is a role for someone who thrives on both creativity and data.

• Build and deploy targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and event promotions through Marketo.
• Develop automated workflows and triggered emails that drive conversion and engagement.
• Analyse campaign performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Maintain best-in-class deliverability and compliance across all communications.

• 3+ years’ experience in email marketing, including 2+ years in Marketo
  .
• Proven ability to deliver high-performing campaigns that convert.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.
• (Bonus) HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting.
