• Drive a steady flow of qualified inbound enquiries
• Support both marketing execution and early-stage sales activity
• Manage social media, content creation and the marketing calendar 📅
• Produce guides, white papers, case studies and thought leadership ✍️
• Maintain CRM workflows, automation and lead nurturing ⚙️
• Update website content and landing pages 🌐
• Help run events, webinars and co-marketing initiatives 🎤
• Qualify leads, support discovery calls and assist with proposals 💼
• Keep the sales pipeline accurate and organised 📊
• 2–3 years in B2B marketing (ecommerce/SaaS/digital agency experience is a bonus)
• Strong writing and communication skills 🗣️
• Understanding of ecommerce and online retail trends 🛒
• Confident managing leads, nurturing prospects and supporting the sales cycle 🤝
• Comfortable analysing marketing performance and optimising activity 📈
