Full Time/Permanent - 37.5hours (8:30am - 5pm, Monday Friday)

We are a leading Fire Engineering and Consultancy Business. We specialise in providing high standard Fire Safety and Passive Fire Protection services to top niche clients from a broad number of industries such as Construction, Hotels Sport and Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial.

We are looking for an Events & Marketing Executive to own and deliver Globals events programme and marketing campaigns, ensuring all activity supports measurable commercial objectives. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to take ownership from concept through to delivery with minimal supervision.

• Plan, coordinate and deliver Globals annual events programme aligned to business objectives
• Manage all pre- and post‑event activity including promotion, logistics, communications, lead capture and follow‑up
• Attend events where required to ensure successful delivery and brand representation
• Deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to sales and sector priorities
• Create commercially focused content including case studies, articles, social media and campaign materials
• Manage website updates and social media channels
• Produce high‑quality promotional materials (digital and print)
• Maintain CRM data to support accurate lead tracking and reporting
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting to the Head of Marketing
• Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure joined‑up delivery

• Experience in events, marketing or communications
• Understanding of website content management and basic SEO principles
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
