We’re looking to hire a Marketing Manager into our Operations team based in Nottingham, to lead the delivery & execution of marketing activity across our brands at Forsyth Barnes.
This is a varied, high-impact role focused on turning goals into consistent, high-quality outputs, improving inbound performance through SEO and website optimisation, and supporting commercial growth through reliable, measurable marketing delivery.

As Marketing Manager, you will deliver, execute and continuously optimise the global marketing strategy across all Forsyth Barnes brands, ensuring marketing activity drives measurable commercial impact.
This role focuses on shaping & executing the marketing approach that enables Forsyth Barnes to achieve its marketing & events goals. You’ll have ownership for developing the plans, selecting the channels and delivering the activity that drives high-quality, high-ROI marketing output, supports sales, strengthens brand presence and delivers commercial outcomes across our brands.
Marketing Planning & Delivery- Execute the global marketing strategy across all brands
- Build and deliver quarterly marketing plans
- Ensure activity aligns to brand and commercial goals
- Lead SEO, website optimisation and inbound performance
- Own website analytics and ongoing optimisation
- Deliver digital growth opportunities across brands
- Own content strategy and standards across the business
- Deliver content across social, web and campaigns
- Strengthen market presence with clients, candidates and talent
- Deliver and optimise email campaigns and nurture journeys
- Improve engagement and conversion
- Drive personal branding and Linked In activity across the business
- Support consultants with content, messaging and sales assets
- Stay ahead of marketing and platform trends
- Improve tools, processes and workflows
- A clear, repeatable marketing rhythm established across all brands
- Stronger brand consistency across website, email and social presence
- Visible improvements in inbound performance through SEO + optimisation
- Consultants visibly improving personal brand output and market presence
- Marketing operating like a high-performance function: structured, proactive and accountable
- Experience in a Marketing Manager role (or a strong Senior Executive ready to step up)
- Strong execution across digital marketing, campaigns and content delivery
- Confident writing and communication skills (you can produce quality content quickly)
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
- Commercial mindset, understands how marketing supports revenue and growth
- Experience owning website performance (content, structure, conversion)
- Working knowledge of SEO and ability to implement an SEO plan (on-page + basic link building)
- Strong SEO expertise (technical SEO / keyword strategy / backlink campaigns)
- Experience coaching stakeholders on personal branding
- High ownership: proactive, accountable, delivery-focused
