Are you passionate about turning live events into marketing success stories?
Join us as a Client Marketing Consultant in our dynamic team at See Tickets, part of the Eventim Group where you’ll proactively advise promoters and event organisers on how to drive ticket sales through smart, data‑driven marketing strategies.
This isn’t a marketing execution role, but you will need to have solid understanding of digital marketing channels (CRM, paid social, SEO etc) in order to be the bridge between clients and the internal marketing team.
This role will be based at See Tickets’ central Nottingham office.
Your RoleYou will be the first point of contact for clients on all marketing‑related topics. You’ll manage incoming requests, ensure contractual marketing obligations are fulfilled and coordinate with internal marketing leads to deliver well‑executed, data‑driven campaigns. This role will be focused on working with clients from the attractions, consumer exhibitions and non‑music events sectors, although you will develop a good working knowledge of clients across the business.
You will also:
- Use reporting and analytics to identify optimisation opportunities, highlight campaign value and educate clients on marketing performance to aid retention and client satisfaction
- Advise and challenge clients to ensure marketing measures align with business goals
- Align multiple promoter needs and prioritise actions according to contractual relevance and business impact
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships while protecting commercial interests, balancing client expectations with strategic priorities
- Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in a client‑facing marketing, communications, account management or consultancy role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (CRM, Paid Media, Social, SEO, etc.)
- Confident communicator with a strategic and advisory mindset
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Commercially minded, proactive, team‑oriented and structured in your approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and maintaining quality under pressure
