The Opportunity
We are working with an ambitious, high growth food and hospitality platform that develops and scales innovative consumer led concepts across multiple channels.
The business operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and is entering a significant growth phase, with a strong focus on expanding its brand portfolio, strengthening market presence, and accelerating commercial performance.
They are now seeking a Marketing Lead to take ownership of the marketing function and play a key role in shaping brand strategy, growth marketing, and team development.
The RoleThis is a broad and highly visible leadership role combining brand building, performance marketing, and strategic growth.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving demand across a portfolio of brands while supporting wider commercial and partnership growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Brand & Consumer Marketing- Develop and evolve brand positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategies
- Lead campaign planning and execution across digital, social, and experiential channels
- Support the successful launch and scaling of new concepts and initiatives
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and brand awareness
- Support business growth through targeted marketing initiatives and market positioning
- Develop case studies, brand communications, and marketing materials to support commercial activity
- Strengthen industry visibility through partnerships, content, and thought leadership
- Collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams to support expansion initiatives
- Identify and deliver marketing initiatives that improve commercial performance across multiple channels
- Use data and insight to optimise campaigns, customer journeys, and brand performance
- Support marketing execution within physical locations and customer-facing environments
- Lead and develop a small but growing marketing team
- Manage external creative and specialist partners
- Establish marketing planning processes, priorities, and resource strategies
- Drive marketing investment decisions aligned to commercial performance
First 6 months:
- Establish a clear brand and growth roadmap
- Deliver measurable performance improvements across key initiatives
- Strengthen brand visibility and market positioning
- Implement scalable marketing processes and team structure
6–12 months:
- Build repeatable launch and campaign frameworks
- Develop a high-performing, well-structured marketing function
- Deliver sustained brand growth and stronger customer engagement metrics
You are a commercially minded and hands-on marketing leader who thrives in growth-focused environments.
You will likely bring:
- Experience leading marketing within food, hospitality, consumer brands, or high-growth start-ups/scale-ups
- A strong balance of creative brand building and performance-driven marketing
- Experience managing multiple projects, brands, or channels simultaneously
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic and adaptable approach, comfortable working in fast-moving environments
