Base pay range

Conference Programmer – UK London 3 days per week

Salary - UK up to £38k + bonus

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-renowned conference company that delivers high-quality, content-led events across the housing sector. Known for producing insightful, commercially relevant conferences, they work closely with senior industry stakeholders to create programmes that genuinely shape discussion and drive change.

They are now seeking a Conference Producer to join their growing team, playing a key role in researching, developing, and delivering market-leading events that attract senior decision-makers from across the housing industry.

In this role, you’ll:

• Research and develop innovative conference agendas that address the most pressing issues in the financial services sector
• Build relationships with C-level executives, securing top-tier speakers and advisory board members
• Work closely with sales and marketing to align content with commercial goals and audience needs
• Project manage the full event lifecycle, from concept to onsite delivery
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance to ensure events meet targets and exceed expectations

What we’re looking for:

• 2-3 years’ experience in conference programme production
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
