Games Workshop is looking for an analytical and detail‑driven Campaign Lead to join our Customer Engagement team in Nottingham. If you have a good understanding of the Warhammer IP, can coordinate multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously and are passionate about helping more people discover our wonderful hobby, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Working closely with the Campaign and Insights Manager, you’ll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of cross‑channel, insight‑led campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and support Games Workshop’s strategic goals. With a thorough and time‑sensitive approach, you’ll ensure all marketing activity is aligned, customer‑focused, and delivered against agreed priorities and performance objectives.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Community, Retail, Web, Creative, and the wider Customer Engagement team to ensure campaigns are accurately planned, documented, and maintained prior to campaign launch. Your ability to bring clarity to every aspect of your communication will be key, as you’ll be responsible for briefing creative and content teams, reviewing campaign materials and ensuring activity is consistent and aligned to campaign objectives.
With a keen eye for numbers, you’ll work with the Insights and Data team to gather data and identify trends, which will help us to build a deeper understanding of customer engagement and behaviour. Your inquisitive and proactive approach will help us to monitor campaign performance, uncover opportunities and turn insights into recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and customer experiences.
The ideal person will have demonstrable experience with customer segmentation and targeting strategies, along with knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, skilled at conveying ideas with clarity and, above all, truly passionate about the Warhammer IP and our hobby.
In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), a matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, a profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets), an option to join our Share‑Save scheme, and a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products.
