Senior Social Media Account Manager

Our client, a leading Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a Senior Social Media Account Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to add a knowledgeable, experienced and driven Social Media professional to their team. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with clients on social media management across Instagram, Linked In, Facebook and X.

You will be confident working both independently and as part of a team, acting as the go-to for clients for all social media-related queries and requirements. Ideally, you will come from an Agency background, however those with in-house experience will also be considered. Our client offers a 4.5 day working week, flexible hours and hybrid working with two days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering queries, advising on social media strategy and implementing plans Oversee client budgets and lead on the best use of budgets in line with client requirements Write B2B social content in line with the client’s brand and tone of voice Suggest and propose ideas to the client about implementing their ideas and budgets Daily communication with clients, acting as the go-to for any queries Management of Linked In, Instagram, X and Facebook Take ownership of strategies, ensuring daily management of client accounts and plans moving forward Key

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ social media management experience, particularly across Linked In, Facebook, X and Instagram Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties of all levels Able to work both independently and as part of the wider team Used to managing budgets and client requests Previous agency experience is a bonus, although in-house experience will also be considered Previous client account management This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Social Media Account Manager to join a thriving Digital Marketing Agency who are leaders within their field.
