Our client is looking for a Direct Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing function in Nottingham.

This is a hands‑on marketing role focused on direct customer communications and campaign delivery, rather than social media or content creation.

You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering targeted marketing campaigns across channels including email, direct mail, leaflets and other offline marketing activity, helping to drive customer engagement and generate new business.

You'll take ownership of a range of direct marketing campaigns from initial planning through to delivery and analysis.

• Planning and delivering targeted direct marketing campaigns
• Creating and coordinating email marketing campaigns
• Managing leaflet, brochure and direct mail campaigns
• Developing targeted customer communications
• Working with customer databases and CRM systems to segment audiences
• Coordinating campaign artwork, print and distribution
• Managing campaign schedules and ensuring activity is delivered on time
• Monitoring campaign performance and producing reports
• Analysing response rates, engagement and ROI
• Testing different messaging, audiences and campaign approaches
• Maintaining accurate customer and marketing data
• Working closely with internal teams to understand campaign requirements
• Supporting the wider marketing team with campaign planning and execution

We're looking for a practical, commercially minded marketer who enjoys getting campaigns delivered and seeing measurable results.

You'll ideally have experience in:

• Direct marketing
• Email marketing
• Customer communications
• CRM/database marketing
• Direct mail or leaflet campaigns
• Campaign planning and execution
• Marketing reporting and analysis

Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms would be advantageous.

You don't need to be a social media specialist – in fact, this role is specifically focused on direct marketing and customer engagement rather than social media management.
