Scottish Power Energy Retail Limited is seeking a Smart Campaign Lead to drive multi-channel customer communications for smart metering. Based in Glasgow with hybrid on-site work (2/3 days), you will support messaging, content and design to generate smart installation appointments.
You will monitor campaign performance by postcode, work with Marketing and Data teams, and ensure consistent messaging across channels while striving to improve efficiency and customer experience.
