As an SEO / GEO Specialist, you will:

• Leverage cutting-edge SEO and digital intelligence tools to track search trends and monitor organic performance.
• Conduct in-depth keyword and intent research to guide on-site optimisations.
• Optimise  for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and ensure our content is discoverable across AI-driven search experiences.
• Drive best practices in Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with various teams to embed SEO principles in decision-making and project planning.

You should have:

• Proven experience in an SEO role with a solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to shape strategy and improve performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in the evolving search landscape, particularly in AI and answer engines.
