Marketing Campaign Manager

Are you a creative, commercially minded marketer who loves delivering campaigns that generate real business results?

We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate demand and contribute to lead and pipeline growth. Working closely with Sales, SDRs and the wider Marketing team, you'll take campaigns from concept through to execution, reporting and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, events, email and other channels.
• Identifying target audiences and developing compelling campaign messaging and propositions.
• Managing campaign budgets, timelines, stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Building and optimising customer journeys that convert engagement into enquiries and opportunities.
• Using Hub Spot to manage emails, landing pages, workflows, automation and reporting.
• Collaborating with Sales and SDR teams to align campaigns, lead management and follow-up activity.
• Monitoring campaign performance and using data and insight to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, demand generation or a similar role.
• Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns from planning through to analysis.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, customer journeys and marketing performance metrics.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Hub Spot.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, creative and commercially focused approach.
