A passionate and motivated Senior E-Commerce Executive is needed to join our Digital Team in Nottingham. This role involves delivering a personalized digital experience and supporting our commercial plan through innovative strategies and best-in-class digital merchandising.

What You’ll Do- Support the ownership of the online plan, managing day-to-day operations to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of our commercial strategies.
- Optimise product setups and identify opportunities to drive growth on
- Manage day to day promotion set up on site.
- Support the eCommerce manager in maintaining strong relationships with Operations and Demand teams.
- Implement digital initiatives alongside our IT team and enhance the online customer journey through effective digital merchandising.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse financial information clearly.
- Experience in CMS management (preferably SFCC) and familiarity with Jira and Adobe stack.
- A genuine interest in beauty and digital trends.
