Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.
Key responsibilities- Responsible for OGB’s influencing approach to Humanitarian Influencing across the UK.
- Develop campaign and influencing strategy and manage stakeholder and political risk.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and drive change within a large, globally networked confederation.
- Represent Oxfam externally in policy, influencing, lobbying and media work.
- Experience managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential.
- Extensive knowledge of international humanitarian policy and practice issues and donor priorities.
- Proven track record of leading successful influencing work including generating original ideas and innovative approaches.
- Experience managing team budgets.
- Experience mobilising internal stakeholders around a vision for a major area of work.
- Experience using research data and learnings for programme and policy development.
- Capacity to make complex information accessible to non‑technical audiences.
- Sound judgement in complex situations.
