From recruiting new talent to ensuring existing volunteers feel valued and equipped, your work will help create a strong, skilled, and motivated team.

You’ll lead on identifying opportunities to bring new volunteers into Scouts, provide guidance on training and development, and champion recognition—because a ‘thank you’ goes a long way! Your team will offer practical support, share best practices, and make sure every volunteer gets the most out of their experience.
