Dream Medical are looking for an excellent Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a permanent role within a contemporary Health Centre setting. The practices have recently merged with a list size totalling 7500 patients. The position will involve working between the two sites, supported by the Clinical Lead, salaried GP's, nurse practitioners, practice nurses, HCA's and a strong administrative team. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
Your role will be general Nurse Practitioner duties as well as assessing Minor Illnesses. The ability to prescribe is essential to this role. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Have V100 or V300 prescribing qualification
- Have at least 1 year's experience as an ANP
- Have a Minor Illness qualification
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (FTE, DOE)
Hours:
Full-time (40 hours) and part-time....
