Are you a Registered Nurse looking to step into a senior clinical leadership role where you can influence standards of care, develop teams, and make a genuine difference to residents' lives?
We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a well-established nursing and dementia care service in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care while supporting the ongoing development of clinical practice and service quality.
The Role- Providing leadership, support, and guidance to nursing and care teams.
- Ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing.
- Supporting staff development through coaching, supervision, and training.
- Monitoring care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Leading audits and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Overseeing medication management and infection prevention practices.
- Supporting new admissions, assessments, and care reviews.
- Promoting clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Acting as a role model for best practice across the service.
- Deputising for the Home Manager when required.
- Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- Previous experience within a nursing home, elderly care, or dementia care environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional person-centred care.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop colleagues.
- Competitive hourly rate of £23.00 per hour.
