Hertfordshire Partnership University is seeking an experienced nurse to join the Inpatient Team as a key member, taking on the role of primary nurse for a designated group of patients. You will assess needs, plan and implement care, and supervise junior staff within a supportive clinical environment.
You will work closely with ward rounds, handovers and other meetings where patient care is discussed, ensuring standards of care and patient confidentiality are upheld.
