Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our established ward team on a permanent basis.

You'll work as part of a friendly multidisciplinary team, caring for patients across a varied caseload and playing a key role in ensuring an outstanding patient experience from admission through to discharge.

Duties and responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Deliver high-quality patient care, maintaining excellent clinical standards at all times
Assess, plan and implement care across a varied caseload
Support patients' health, wellbeing and recovery throughout their journey
Ensure a clean, safe and compliant clinical environment
Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the wider multidisciplinary team
Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues and students where appropriate
Deputise for senior staff when required
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical governance activities
Promote equality, diversity and patient dignity in all aspects of care
Adhere to infection prevention and control policies and procedures
Work in line with the NMC Code and Spire Healthcare policies at all times

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.

You will have:

Current NMC registration
Previous clinical nursing experience
Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
The ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high standards of care
Understanding of clinical governance and relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
