Site Operative / Landscaper (Full Training) — £25,000 - £27,000 + Excellent Technical Training + Career Progression + Optional Overtime + 33 Days Holiday

Field Based - Commutable From Bristol, Chepstow, Thornbury Or Anywhere Nearby

Are you from an ex-forces background, landscaping, grounds maintenance, gardening or similar looking for the opportunity to develop your skillset through technical training in a role that will offer the chance to further progress your career into supervisory positions in the future in a specialist industry?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ex-forces candidate, junior landscaper, gardener or ground worker to join a great company and receive excellent training to set you up for a successful long-term career. You will be responsible for a variety of interesting work, largely based outside, a good deal of which will involve travelling to various customer sites to carry out the removal of invasive plants.

• Commercial landscaping, garden renovations, plating, turfing, decking etc
• Will involve frequently working alongside a highly skilled Site Supervisor, and the opportunity to learn from them directly
• Will involve frequent travel and outside work in all conditions, working on really exciting and large commercial projects

• Will have experience working as a landscaper, gardener or ground worker, ex-forces or similar
• Will have a UK Driving License
• Will be interested in developing their technical skillset
