Lynx Employment Services is recruiting an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy team maintaining school grounds in the Nottingham area.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining school grounds and outdoor areas to a high standard

Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance

Operating equipment including strimmers and other powered machinery

Marking out football pitches and running track lines

Keeping all outdoor areas clean, safe and well-presented

Following health and safety procedures at all times
## Requirements

Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
Experience using strimmers, mowers and other grounds maintenance equipment
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo one if applicable)
