Our client is a luxury womenswear brand celebrated for its red‑carpet presence and international celebrity following. We are seeking an Atelier Coordinator to join the London‑based atelier team.

• Oversee garment flow through all atelier stations, ensuring quality at every stage.
• Allocate work to tailors based on skill and priority to maximize efficiency.
• Liaise with international ateliers to align on timelines and production standards.
• Support VIP and private client orders with detailed QC and timely delivery.
• Maintain and update systems, tech packs, BOMs, and patterns for smooth operations.
• Promote collaboration, process improvements, and adherence to atelier protocols.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience within the luxury or premium fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, product development, and production processes.
• Hands‑on knowledge of pattern cutting, machining, size, and fit.
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative team player with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Full‑time, atelier‑based role in London.
