Quality Assurance Manager
Food Manufacturing

Role- Lead and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability
- Coach Operations staff to maintain due diligence in food safety and quality standards
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Drive complaint reduction plans in collaboration with Operations and Technical Services
- Conduct audits, investigate customer complaints, and ensure supplier compliance with specifications
- Support innovation by ensuring quality standards are integrated into new product development
- Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment is essesntial
