Becky at JT Recruit would like to hear from you, she is working alongside a local Authority in Nottingham who is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Development Surveyor to help deliver an ambitious programme of development, disposal, and asset valuation projects. This is your chance to play a leading role in shaping the future of a diverse property portfolio – ensuring it delivers real value for communities.

What you’ll do:

• Lead on high-profile property development, disposal, and valuation projects from start to finish.
• Drive the review and rationalisation of the commercial property portfolio.
• Provide expert advice on property transactions, asset management, and regeneration opportunities.
• Oversee consultants, manage budgets, and hit income targets.
• Support and mentor junior team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What we’re looking for:

• MRICS qualified, with strong post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in asset valuation, development, and disposal projects.
• Skilled negotiator with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
