Property Manager

A well established property business based in Nottingham is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on, working closely with landlords and tenants, and taking ownership of a residential portfolio within a supportive office environment.

This role would suit a Property Manager with a minimum of two years' experience who is confident managing day to day operations and delivering excellent customer service.

As Property Manager
, you will be responsible for the effective management of a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant, and professionally managed at all times.

• Day to day management of a residential property portfolio
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor works
• Conducting property inspections and managing follow up actions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings legislation
• Managing tenancy renewals, check ins, and check outs
• Handling tenant queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service

• Minimum of two years' experience in residential Property Management
• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
• Confident communicator with a customer focused approach
• Well organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Comfortable working in an office based environment
• A proactive, professional, and reliable team player

• Salary of £30,000 per annum
• Full time, permanent position
• Office based role in Nottingham
