Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team in Dubai – Sales or Lettings Consultant

Location: Dubai

Salary: Commission Only (Unlimited earning potential)

• Conducting valuations and arranging compelling marketing materials for new listings
• Staying on top of Dubai’s property laws, regulations, and market trends
• Managing and attending property viewings
• Negotiating deals from initial interest to final offer
• Coordinating with Sales Progression & Home Move teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Building strong, lasting relationships through regular follow-ups and care calls
• Proactively generating new business from our extensive database and your own network
• Liaising with banks, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and fellow agents

• Sales experience is a plus, but not essential – we train for success
• Confident communicator with fluent English (a second language is a bonus)
• Professional, polished, and personable - first impressions matter
• Self-motivated with strong networking and people skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn
• Must hold a valid UK or UAE driving license - own vehicle preferred (we can assist with rentals)
