Pear Recruitment – Senior Lettings Negotiator – Medway

Salary – £20,000-£24,000 (Depending on Experience) - OTE up to £36K

Hours – 5-day week, Monday–Friday 8:30am–6pm, Saturday 9am–5pm

Driver & Own Car required

Due to continued success, they are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and thriving team based in Medway.

• Manage client communications in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service to both landlords and tenants
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing properties effectively
• Follow up promptly on all viewings and provide detailed, constructive feedback to landlords
• Support tenants throughout the referencing and application process
• Respond to general enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance and regulatory procedures are adhered to

• Have previous experience in residential lettings
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude
• Be motivated and target driven
• Uphold the company’s excellent reputation to service
• Have a strong work ethic and professionalism
• Have confidence, resilience and great communication skills
