My client rewards their staff on paying great commissions! Based in Nottingham my client has built up an amazing brand over the last few years. Due to this ongoing success and growth they are looking for an energetic, motivated Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join this fun and lively team! The ideal candidate will have Estate Agency experience and knowledge of the Nottingham market.

The role is full time working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 9 - 2pm.

You will deal with all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments, attending viewings, negotiating sales and progressing them through to completion with strong focus on delivering a high-end customer service.

• Estate Agency experience
• A dynamic, fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
• Well Presented
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A team player with excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving license and own car
• Exceptional customer service skills
