. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham
.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
• Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.

We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:

• Ideally, someone with experience in Student Lettings.
• Someone who is driven to succeed and reliable.

• Is naturally organised, diligent and a multi‑tasker.
