Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator

Location: Nottinghamshire

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Loughton . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 years' lettings experience with local experience preferred. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
Basic £22,000 - £25,000 OTE £30,000 - £35,000 Commission and bonuses Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every other Saturday, 9am to 5pm with a day back in lieu 5 day working week Parking at the office Mileage Excellent training and development Great career progression Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required Arranging /conducting property viewings Negotiating lets through to move in Referencing potential tenants Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback Providing high levels of customer service Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients Carrying out Market Appraisals and winning new business Generating T&C's Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
Ideally at least 1 years' previous Lettings experience Local experience preferred Strong organisational and administrative skills Personable, proactive and helpful Excellent written & oral communication skills Problem solver Influential & persuasive negotiating skills Ability work under pressure Ability to multi-task with good attention to detail Excellent telephone manner Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information:
