This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and is looking to join a reputable business offering ongoing training, mentoring, and long-term career progression.

The Role As a Property Manager, you will:
Manage maintenance issues from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing Review third-party property inspection reports and provide appropriate recommendations Manage all compliance certification following tenant move-in Oversee end-of-tenancy processes, including serving legal notices Deal with evictions, court hearings, and deposit negotiations Respond to and resolve general property management enquiries Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the tenancy Ensure properties remain compliant and well managed throughout the tenancy lifecycle Property Manager Requirements Previous Property Management experience is essential Strong understanding of the property management and lettings process Excellent customer service and communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors, and legal matters Proactive, professional, and solution-focused approach Full UK driving licence and access to a car What's on Offer?
