We're recruiting for a Lettings Manager to oversee a successful and established Lettings division in the Penryn area. This is a varied senior-level opportunity for an experienced property professional who can lead a team, oversee portfolio performance, and deliver an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants.

The role will involve overseeing both front-end and back-end teams, including Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers. Our client will consider experienced Lettings Managers or Senior Property Managers with proven management experience.

The Role As a Lettings Manager, you will:
Oversee the lettings portfolio and support the wider team Lead and manage Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers Oversee property listings and ensure properties are effectively marketed Manage rent reviews across the portfolio Deal with complaints and resolve issues effectively Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with landlords Support the team with day-to-day lettings and property management matters Drive performance, service levels and continued growth within the division Lettings Manager Requirements Proven senior-level experience within the lettings or property management industry Strong knowledge of the residential lettings sector Previous management or team leadership experience is essential Excellent communication and customer service skills Ambitious, career-driven and commercially minded Ability to lead, motivate and support a team A strong team player with a hands-on approach Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
